Position Overview The Black Hat Team Lead provides an industry offeror perspective during solicitation reviews, identifying risks and ambiguities that could affect competition or contract performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead industry-focused reviews of draft Federal solicitations.
• Evaluate clarity, competitiveness, and execution feasibility.
• Identify ambiguities or barriers to effective industry response.
• Document findings and recommended improvements.
• Support development of Black Hat review reports.

Required Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Federal contracting or proposal development.
• Prior experience as a capture lead, proposal manager, or industry executive.
• Strong understanding of how industry interprets Federal RFPs.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience bidding on DHS, DoD, or USCG contracts.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Familiarity with source selection processes.

Clearance

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
